ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS FOR INCREASING THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE MINING INDUSTRY

Abstract

Modern features of the development of the mining industry open up new opportunities for the development of local national companies, which, unlike large foreign corporations, having better knowledge of local mining conditions, can more effectively adapt existing technologies to such conditions and successfully integrate into mining global value chains. The article presents statistics on the main indicators of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine, as well as its analysis. The plant has shown very good results in terms of output and the implementation of joint innovations with local national suppliers of developing countries. Contacts and connections of foreign mining corporations with companies in developing countries arise mainly on an informal and non-permanent basis. The article highlights the organizational and economic conditions for increasing the innovative potential of the mining industry . The features of the development of innovative activity at the regional level are considered.
